The first Mater Catalogue is a book in which we document 30 Peruvian species, many of them unknown, among vegetables and animals, that are used in Centrals kitchen and selected by the Mater Iniciativa team.cThis book is possible thanks to the work of Julio Rivera, entomologist and PhD, Mater Iniciativa and the publishing firm Edítalo. It also has unpublished photos that we have taken at various locations in Peru, as a part of our research.
